Ace Hotel System was implemented at Unseen Resort Koh Si Chang to resolve their reservation management issues. With no prior experience using hotel management systems, the resort faced frequent overbookings and missed reservations due to manual tracking with spreadsheets and complicated availability checks. Our all-in-one cloud-based solution streamlined their booking process, minimized errors, and provided effective support.
