Project Description

Cozy Inn Chiang Mai faced difficulties managing room sales across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) due to the absence of a channel manager. The manual process of updating rates and room availability was time-consuming and prone to errors, leading to overbookings and missed opportunities. To resolve these challenges, we implemented our Hotel Channel Manager, enabling Cozy Inn to efficiently manage rates and availability across all OTAs from a single platform.
